Atlantis Bahamas: It takes 40 minutes to go to Atlantis by transfer from Nassau. You can also take a 20 minutes taxi ride. The main Atlantis property consists of five separate hotels. The local east tower is an iconic building with a bridge connecting to the west tower. The royal towers are also close to Acqua Venture, a sprawling water park that includes water slides and an amazing kid’s splash park. Inside the rooms, there are coffee makers, comfortable beds, and a fridge. All rooms have breathtaking views. 

There are three water slide towers. The power tower has three tube slides with a beautiful ocean view while you are taking a plunge. One regular slide goes straight into a cave. The famous Mayan Temple Tower has five slides in total, including the famous Leap of Faith slide that goes straight down into the shark tank. Right beside it is a tube slide that also goes into the same shark tank. On the other side, there are two more challenger slides, side by side. All these slides require you to be at least 48 inches tall. 

There are three sections of beaches on the property. The Cove beach is much calmer as it is protected by rocks making it great for kids. Seaweed grows close to the shore and the waves bring them onto the sand. The Atlantic beach is connected to other properties further east and the waves are much stronger there. There is also a very calm small lagoon inside the resort with its beach where you can rent a kayak to paddle and enjoy activities on it.
